We are a small business  –  cosplay workshop working from Kazakhstan.
Accepting orders for custom props, costumes or wigs.
We ship worldwide, and do our best to fit your required timeline!

The order can be made through our website or private messages with our managers on any of our social media/email.

RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

Our pricing policy

For us to be able to give you an accurate price for your order please make sure to contact us any way you’d prefer. We require an accurate and preferably good quality reference photo, source name, desired timeline and what country should we ship the package to.  Our manager will contact you in 12 hours.

Making an order

After receiving a payment we ask for measurements to make an accurate and good fitting product for you!
We start creating as soon as we receive a full payment upfront. You can pay 50% for us to put you in our line but you have to finish a full payment before we start working on your piece.

We had situations where we finished the product and the client stopped replying to our messages so we decided to only work with full payment upfront

Making your product

Our usual timelines are set from 3 to 6 months, however your order can be moved up in priority for an extra payment if you want something done quicker than that.

However please understand that this will affect our timelines for creating the product not for shipping.

Confidentiality

When you make an order from our website and give us your personal information you can be sure that we only use it to contact you in regards to your order and give this info ONLY to our shipping service to make the delivery. Your information is safe with us.

Copyright

The ownership for the design is with a copyright holder.
All of our product are created in our workshop, we have the right to publish photos with our products to demonstrate what we do and how our products look and function. When you order from us you automatically agree for us to use your photos to publish on our website or social media
We can give up the rights to our design however it will cost 5x price of that product.
Also we can not show your product as an example and not take any repeat orders for it but it will be pricier and judged on product to product case.

Return policy

You have 24 hours after paying for your order to ask for your deposit back. However all commission and taxes will still be deducted from that price.
We don’t return your deposit after 24 hours of you making your order.
In case of our client deciding to not get the final product that we already created we offer our website and social media to sell that product and when we do – your deposit will be returned.
Because every product is custom made – returning the product is not an option in out case.

All of our custom made products are made according to likes/dislikes, measurements and desires of our client, These very personalized products are extremely hard to sell. Because we are not mass market we can’t just easily sell a personalized custom made product.

Shipping

We ship from Kazakhstan using a shipment company that has an international shipment data with a tracking number that you can use to track your packages.
If you didn’t receive your product in 2 months since us sending it – please contact us we will file a complaint with our shipping service to find your package!
Our usual policy is marking our packages with a ‘gift’ tag and put the smallest price on it so our clients didn’t end up having to also pay for custom fees.

In case of your package being lost by delivery service unfortunately we are not able to provide a compensation for the lost product.

We can mark your package as a paid product however it will result in a more expensive shipping. The client will be required to pay for: higher priced shipping and all custom fees included. In that case, if the delivery service loses the package – we can request a full compensation of your product.

If the package gets lost a search for it should be requested by both  sides.

We are trying to minimize our clients shipping fees but our statistics show that 2 orders a year unfortunately can get lost regardless of documents at customs etc etc. We provide a more safer option and a more cheaper option to you because of that

Tutorials and lessons

If you have any questions in regards to our tutorials or lessons please dm us on our social media with a question including the screenshot of exact moment or a thing you didn’t understand or got confused about. We will do our best to quickly explain how you should act there.

If you didn’t receive your digital product after buying it – please contact us. It should be automatically be sent to your e-mail as well though, so make sure to check there as well!

Digital products are not eligible for return.

Sharing our digital products is forbidden. Please respect our work, we do our best to put up very customer friendly prices for you to be able to improve your skill
